CAMP INFORMATION
Hervey Bay Easter Camp runs over 4 nights and is fully catered. The Campialba campsite can cater for up to 140 people in total and the facilities to accommodate 110 on site. There are 6 powered camp sites for caravans available onsite, nearby offsite accommodation at the Comfort Inn on Main

BOOKING IN
Due to limited spaces and the high amount of interest, to avoid disappointment remember to register online as soon as possible. Please note- Due to catering limitations, meal allocations are prioritized for guests staying in cabins and at the Comfort Inn hotel. The Day Visitor Pass for the 'meals only' option will be available for registration starting 1st April, subject to availability.

Registrations

To register simply click on "Register Here" on the top of the screen and fill out the online camp form. Due to catering purposes, all registrations must be finalised by 7th April 2025.
Payment

A few days after form completion you will be emailed an invoice outlining your total cost of camp.

A minimum $100 deposit is required against this invoice to secure and finalise your registration.

After paying the deposit you have the option of making part payments and spreading the camp fees over a number of weeks until camp starts.

Alternatively, if you wish to make one payment you have the option of paying your camp fees in full.

All camp fees must be paid in full before you arrive at camp.
